Clean hotel. Good location. Ok free dinner and breakfast which are miles better than most Hampton Inns (if you travel to US you know what I mean). Cleanliness would be 9 compared to Hampton Inn which would be around 6 (I am generous here). I spent about 120-150 nights in hotels world wide each year so I know a little. The only downside is the small space of the rooms. Then again, you can pay 4x or more and stay in Hilton’s or Marriott (I am top tier at both).

Pros: Rooms were clean, daily breakfast and dinner is good, lawson’s is right beside the hotel, many restaurants nearby, staff were very sweet and helpful, Kyoto Station isn’t too far, public bath, and it’s a quieter neighborhood. Cons: Check out is 10am but Check in is at 4pm, hotel is older with many rooms but the map isn’t clean so it’s hard finding your room at first, coin laundry machines but they were pretty dirty with dirt stuck on the sides like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the dryer didn’t even dry my clothes(2 pants) so it felt like a waste of money, not many amenities. Some things to keep in mind: In case you want to do early check in, they charge more before 1pm and after 1pm they charge 30% of current room prices, same with late check out. You have to book dinner beforehand.

ネット予約では予約のタイミングによって料金が変わってしまうことがあるので何とも言えませんが、今回は非常に安価な料金で宿泊（連泊）することができました。2食付きでこの料金のコストパフォーマンスは非常に良いと思います。改善の要望としては、お部屋のお茶Tパックが1個だけである点（ルーム清掃しない場合はなしとなってしまう）。タオルは日々ドアノブにかけていただいていたので、その中にでも入れてくれるか、もしくはロビーにフリードリンクを置いていただけるなどするとうれしい。ドリンクは食事会場のみ。となっていた。 また、食事は小食な方は良いが、ご飯、味噌汁くらいはおかわりさせてほしいもしくは希望者には、大盛にしてくれるなどしていただけたら嬉しい（現状は、おかわり、大盛とも有料だった）。多くの方はサラダーバーでおなかを満たしていました。

ひとり旅で利用しました。 地下鉄駅から7分くらい？ バス停目の前ですが1時間に2本でした。 二食付き安価で予約でき 早くから食べれる朝食は良かったです。 夕食は定食かカレーで質素な感じです。 いつも歩き回って食べ損ねてしまう私にはにはよかったです。 もし京都旅行で行きたい飲食店があればそちらを優先した方が良いかもしれません。 学食のように長くテーブルを配置していて間隔が狭くとても出入りがしずらかったです。 せめて壁側からも通れるようにしてほしいです。 しかしながら大浴場も気持ちよいですし大満足です。 スタッフの方々もよいのでひとり旅の時には候補とさせて頂きます。

ホテルの立地は京都駅からも一駅で観光にも便利でした。必要最低限の設備は揃っていて快適に過ごしました。難を言えば部屋のユニットバスが狭く入り口に段差があり、出入りに手間取るぐらいですかね。でも、それを十分補う価格の安さで満足でした。朝食も夕食もついて、ついついホテルに早く帰ってきてしまうw。夕飯でお腹いっぱいになり、昼間歩いた疲れからを大浴場でゆっくり足を伸ばして癒やし、夜更かし等もせず寝てしまいました。規則正しい生活が送れますw。宅急便の発送等もできて便利でした。
