Everything shopping was walking distance. Safe to walk around and find all the things you wanted and didn't know you wanted. Very clean and everything was easy and convenient to get to, whether by Taxi or bus. The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helped with what ever was needed. We stayed at another hotel in Osaka and in Tokyo, but this was everyone’s favorite. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the public bath was nice, too.

The staff are very helpful, it’s clean and location is good. The room is a little small for 4 of us with four beds but it’s workable.

Love the water station and ice machines. The bathroom is small but functional and really nice bath tub. Room looks clean and bed very comfortable. Pillows a little hard! Staff on the weekend were not as friendly as we expected- coming from another hotel from Kanazawa.
