Great hotel which is situated in a good location for exploring Kyoto (and a direct train to Osaka is only a few mins away). Staff were super helpful. The laundry and spa facilities were really handy plus the happy hour drinks were a nice added bonus.

很棒的溫泉池可惜太小

地點非常方便，無論購物、用餐、搭車都便利，早餐還不錯，晚上Happy hour可調酒，梅酒很好喝，可惜只2個小時時間太短，房間很乾淨但發現2隻小黑蟲，泡湯池很小也沒吹風機比較遺憾，是溫泉水質是舒服的。

Cab/Uber cannot drive on the street so they will drop you off at the next block. Bathroom is very small but had everything we could need. Hotel was super clean and staff was very helpful. I couldn't use the spa because i had tattoos.

Know that NO TAXI can take you or pick you up from the front door. Use Yamato Transport to forward your bags to/from here and you're all set. VERY CONVENIENT hotel in the heart of the main shopping district. Rooms are teensy-tiny and best-suited to 1 person; however, a couple could make it work, but it's TIGHT. Bathroom is wonky, but it's clean with a deep tub. Would easily stay here again as it's a GREAT VALUE.

祇園近くの立地の良さ、いつも親切なスタッフさん、落ち着いて過ごせる内装、朝食のサービス、水質が良くて肌や髪がしっとりツヤツヤになるのも気に入っています。唯一気になるのは清掃で、浴室の換気扇の埃です。シャワーを使う時にどうしても視界に入ります。毎回表面を拭くだけでも良いので、お考え頂けると嬉しいです。
