"I really enjoyed my stay. We had everything that we needed in. The rooms were well stocked . Upon our arrival, we were given a role that was a very long walk from the lobby . We called the front desk and it was very easy to get relocated to a room closer to the lobby. The buffet style food was limitless . They had so many choices of food for breakfast and dinner. So the adult only side does not serve lunch however, you do get access to the family side as well and they have a sports bar that you can go to enjoy lunch.. It is all inclusive in your stay as well. I do recommend this resort"

"Excelentes instalaciones, las habitaciones modernas y muy bien equipadas. El servicio de todo el staff fue magnífico, muy alegres siempre recibiéndote con una gran sonrisa. Menciones especiales para Lucy del Buffet, quien cada mañana nos recibía con una hermosa sonrisa y buen ánimo. Ramón de la recepción, muy profesional y atento al momento del check in y check out. Sin lugar a dudas regresaría a este hotel."

"Just know the airport is far away from the hotel. With the excursions we booked at the hotel they wasn’t that great. (Adventure Park was the name) We had to leave our phones in the locker while doing the buggy ride even if you wasn’t driving. The took pictures which cost $20 per picture. Lastly the hotel is BIG. To get to the beach was a LONG walk."

"I liked the upgraded rooms, staff was helpful, some things could be improved. Such as the spa and the need for transparency in what they advertise. I got my hair done and expected to pay what they listed for a specific style and actually paid an additional $45. They were not prepared. My appointment was at 11am she didn't start on my hair until 1245p."
