"The overall state was great. It was nice big rooms. The one thing that I didn’t like, however they made up for it right away there were no towels and no soap in my room the gentleman did bring me towels right away and I don’t really use hotel soap I had to go buy some anyway."

"This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, but they added extra charges to my room (valet even though I had no car) and won't respond to my messages. This always (and only) happens when I use hotels.com. It's too bad because I'll be back in Houston multiple times and will have to find another place ..."
