"Property was as described and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. The check in was easy. Overall was excellent for a budget hotel. We used it for my wifes family to visit Manilla. We had the room that sleeps 10 and it worked out great."

"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. Then the front desk staff mentioned, that we should be reminded that the WiFi is just a complimentary and...

"We stayed in your hotel for 4 days. And we really enjoyed it! The room was clean, staffs are friendly as always, and next to train stations, it was a walking distance to PNR Station, 1 jeepney ride to LRT & MRT stations.
