"The staff was great and the facilities nice. My room did have loose flooring that buckled up and the pool is disgusting. It resembles the reflecting pool in all the bad ways. Overall, I liked the location very much, but it does need a couple of improvements."

"This was my go to hotel when I needed a hotel In Kenner but was charged double for one night and never refunded. Tried to dispute it with bank but since the card was ran with my chip they won't do anything.. well, I won't be going back if I'm double charged for one night."
