"From the moment you step in, it is not clean. The whole hotel smells, the walls are filthy, the carpets are stained. Our room was so bad we did not even unpack our things and had to drive an hour to another hotel. The staff was nice enough, but they do not seem to realize how bad of shape the hotel is in. If you have any standards…look elsewhere."

"Second time in a month I’ve stayed at the property and had no power. The first time they said the electric company was doing work but I wasn’t aware of the loss of power until after I’ve already checked in and paid. I would’ve stayed somewhere else. The second time, they said it was because of the weather, every hotel I’ve stayed in had a generator to back up for power loss. Housekeeping came to my door 3 hours before checkout time, I told them I was still in the room, someone came back to my room 10 minutes later and just opened the door without knocking. "

"The staff is outstanding. Everyone was there because of so many cancelled flights. The staff was so friendly and compassionate, handing out extra cookies and waters and bending over backwards to accommodate everyone’s needs. The rooms are a little outdated and basic, but very clean. The breakfast is not included as I thought, but that was an oversight on my part. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE someone random walked in our room while we were laying bed. Did not receive any refund or compensation other than getting a new room. We had to sleep with a chair blocking the door in fear that would happen again. Not worth your money."

"This was the worse experience I’ve ever had, and I travel often. I’m from out of town and was trying to stay close to the city without staying in the city. When I tell you this was the dirtiest most disgusting place I have ever stayed, that is an understatement. My sheets on my bed were visibly dirty upon arrival. We called to get more and was told that they didn’t have any. So that night I slept in my clothes on top of the comforter wit cigarette burns on it. And the following day when i asked the desk clerk if the room had been cleaned, he yelled at me and was very rude. The bathroom was as the most disgusting thing. Visibly caked up dirt on the floors, moldy shower curtain, filthy shower walls with hair on them. And the water did not get hot. When I asked for towels at 8 am when we needed to shower, we were rudely told that, “housekeeper will be here at 10:30!” And we didn’t receive clean towels until around noon. All in all I felt filthy and dirty the whole time I was there. Oh and the “included” breakfast was honeybuns and choc chip muffins. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ☹️"
