"If booking through Expedia make sure you tell the clerk what you booked! Seems the system automatically gave us a double queen vice the single king we booked online! I will always double check as I check in at the desk from now on. The room was great and the staff was accommodating when I pointed out the discrepancy! Very professional!!! Great experience! We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities.
