"The air conditioner worked fine. The room appeared clean to the eye but upon a closer level it was not! Toothpaste on the mirror and faucet, corners of the room and bathroom dirty. The shower did not drain and backed up around your feet. There was a nasty rubber mat that we didn’t even want to touch hanging in the shower. So upon discovering this one one of us was able to take a shower. We wouldn’t get the tv to work. The parking lot did not feel safe. The outside is run down and dirty. We...

"Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain."
