"Perfect for what I needed: solo traveller with light luggage wanting to be close to London attractions, with a budget. I booked a double room. The room is small (as expected), reminds me of hotel rooms in countries like Japan and Taiwan. But very clean and comfortable, everything works, and there is a hairdryer. The only thing I would say is that there is no kettle. But there are plenty of coffee/ tea places around if you need a cuppa."

"La propiedad está situada de manera conveniente muy cerca de Westminster, London Eye. Lo recomiendo muchísimo si vas con niños. Es un hotel que no te defraudará. La relación beneficio costo es 10/10. Yo pasé 6 noches allí con mi esposa y mis 3 hijos, la zona es muy segura y hay habitaciones con vista a Elizabeth Tower, ( Big Ben). El desayuno para adulto incluye uno para niño y de verdad es suficiente y es bueno. Repito muy buena relación beneficio corto. Gracias Novotel Waterloo. Casi todo está a distancia caminando, incluyendo Buckinham palace."

"This was an amazing stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks and never was there a point that I thought we weren’t taken care of. It was easy to do the laundry which was very accessible, the staff were quite responsive if we needed anything and it was such an amazing property - both in terms of the location and the stay itself. I will definitely be back!"

"Hotel was lovely clean & tidy and Staff where willing to help.My only problem was that my safe was broken on 1st night but hotel maintance had it fixed within 20 mins by replacing it with a spare one.It was lovely coming back to my room with the AC working after a warm dau im London."
