"Piso superior (6) muy ruidoso. Un hotel de aeropuerto debe ser silencioso y tranquilo. Fuimos cambiados a piso 4 donde la habitación fue silenciosa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y bien equipadas. La comida del restaurante es buena. "

"We stayed here one night on our way north. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was huge and the bathroom had a separate shower and stand alone tub. Great for a romatic night or some TLC while sipping wine and reading your favourite novel. The hotel and the rooms are a bit tired and need of a refresh, but still nicer than most hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good and the view spactacular. "

"We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."

"The hotel itself is quite good with excellent breakfast and very friendly staff to assist with all things required. The rooms are quite nice and spacious. The biggest issue is the area surrounding the hotel and was quite disappointing. We were wanted to be carful of our possessions while walking around as there are thefts which occur which is often I believe and the areas around the hotel reeks in terms of smells in the surrounding street. We had tours all days so we hardly had to do the above...

"Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist...

"We loved our stay at Icon Hotel! It’s a great location, right by a metro station, and the neighborhood is lively and safe. The rooftop bar has a beautiful hire, great drinks, and amazing service (especially Marcello!). The onsite restaurant is delicious. Rooms are spacious, have great views, and housekeeping is prompt and excellent (especially Jazmin). "
