"The resort was mostly fine. I think I just expected more for the price you pay. Pools were great, food was excellent, staff was wonderful. Room was okay."

"Staff at valet and bell desk not very friendly. Mirror in room filthy. Toilet handle broken so you had to manually move it up to prevent constant running water. Drawers had sand all over inside. Chairs on patio covered in pigeon waste. Chair at desk/table missing from room. Requested replacement multiple times and finally received on third day. PJ at the indoor restaurant was amazing. Autumn at front desk was very helpful and Shawn at the pool desk was very friendly and helpful. The property...

"Clean room and grounds, easy check in. Right on the beach. Fish, turtles and monk seals. Good food at the restaurant but limited items."

"Its location is absolutely amazing. The Sheraton swimming cove is on the right and Whalers village on the left, both at one minute walking distance!! We used to stay at the Hyatt but it’s over a mile long walk to the Whalers village. For the price there is no better property, we can say that because we have been going to Maui 1-2 times a year for the last twenty five years."
