"Your stuff is so bad is work here and the cleaning no cleaning nothing"

"The parking and room access was good. The room was dirty with ripped sheets and random hair everywhere. The fridge had a pool of water in front of it when we got there. I called the front desk, they said to put a towel down and they would send someone and they never did. The air had one temperature, on full blast or off. So you were either freezing or hot. The middle area is nice and well kept but nothing was on which was unfortunate. Overpriced"

"This hotel is in desperate need of renovation and feels extremely outdated. I stayed in Room 206, and there wasn’t even a single mirror in the room. Housekeeping is seriously lacking. I stayed for three nights, and they never cleaned the room once. Even after I explicitly asked the front desk for clean towels and room cleaning, they promised to send someone but never did. I had to clean the room myself.I honestly do not understand why Expedia charges so much for a hotel of this low quality....

"Had a great experience at this hotel. In particular Curtis at check in was friendly and welcoming. I love that it is very pet friendly. Had lots of entertainment options from swimming to pool tables. Would definitely stay again"

"This is your basic airport hotel. The front desk gentleman, Eric, does his very best at keeping the hotel running at night. But, he needs help. The sofa bed was not made & there were no pillows when we asked for them. Showed had a few hairs. Airport shuttle is convenient. Air conditioning unit did not cool sufficiently so the unit kept turning on & off all night, making a lot of noise. It was just ok, but there are limited options around the airport."

"The hotel itself is actually nice and comfortable, but the experience was completely ruined by hidden fees and what feels like a front desk scam. I traveled for 8 hours to get here and arrived just one hour before the official check-in time. Instead of showing basic hospitality to a tired traveler, the staff demanded an additional $25 fee just to let me into the room early, or told me to wait. There is absolutely no mention of this mandatory early check-in charge on their official website....

"The hotel as a whole was decent. The room was fine, the pool was good, and the location was convenient. I would give 4 stars, but unfortunately the rooms next to the pool/community area are able to hear everything all night. There are signs to vacate the area by 11pm, but during our stay there were loud kids literally screaming, sprinting through the halls, and families drinking in the community area loudly laughing and hollering until 1am. Normally I am not one to complain, but we had a flight...
