"A quick trip to see Niagra Falls. Spent a Sunday evening at the Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport. The shuttle service promptly picked us up from the airport. Around the corner from the hotel is a Wingnutz Bar and Grill which is within walking distance plus there is a little convenience store located within walking distance as well. "Very friendly staff. Viewing the bathroom it was nice size, walk in shower. the caulking needed to be replaced. cracks and colored. The toilet paper holder was loose and hung down loosing a roll to the floor a few times. corners of floor had build up of dirt. Room smaller than most but, ample room to get around two queen beds. the beds, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable! The furniture, decor, and lighting were nice. Very cold ac. Contemporary style. No musty odor. Great breakfast...

The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was also great—only about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area. "The rooms were gorgeous, but for that price were inefficient. The bathroom though had a shower should have had a raised side platform and the shower knobes were confusing too. They had mentioned that I will have to ask to get my room cleaned. But someone cleaned it while I was away, without me telling them to do so."

"Nothing fancy, but the beds were clean and comfortable and proximity to the airport was ideal. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and the sink did not drain well. It wasn’t dirty, just run down."

"The property is being renovated, so the pool area was unavailable. Staff was great, the facility and our room was clean. The shower let more water out of the lower faucet than the shower head, but it worked as we were only overnighters. The continental breakfast was okay, looked for some eggs or protein, but breakfast sandwiches were the only source. That said, there were plenty of carb options!"

"Room was nice & clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Pool & jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good but need more staff to help. Only had 1 women and she was doing the best she could. Felt bad for her. It was very busy and as quick as she replenished and put things out… it was emptied. Would definitely stay again."
