The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was also great—only about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area. "The rooms were gorgeous, but for that price were inefficient. The bathroom though had a shower should have had a raised side platform and the shower knobes were confusing too. They had mentioned that I will have to ask to get my room cleaned. But someone cleaned it while I was away, without me telling them to do so."

The toilet paper holder was loose and hung down loosing a roll to the floor a few times. corners of floor had build up of dirt. Room smaller than most but, ample room to get around two queen beds. the beds, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable! The furniture, decor, and lighting were nice. Very cold ac. Contemporary style. No musty odor. Great breakfast...
