"The staff was amazing! We ended up having to stay at the hotel one day rather than going to Niagara because of a snow storm and there’s no place I’d rather be stuck in a storm. The chandelier bar has amazing staff and the steakhouse had the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely a place to stay around the holidays. They go all out with Christmas decorating. Will be staying here again when I return to the area. "

"We only stayed for one evening before flying out early the next morning, but it was a lovely hotel, and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a big, warm inviting lobby. There is a Starbucks right down the road and the airport across the street. We took the free shuttle to the airport in the morning and it went smoothly: they also picked us up when we returned.
