"The room was amazing and spacious it met the needs of my family. The staff was nice. Breakfast was seasoned and delicious so was dinner. The hot tub was ok could have been cleaner pool was out of order but we were offered to use the pool at their sister hotel so that made up for everything. My kids enjoyed it and appreciated it very much. "

"The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself it's sometimes cold as well overall we will stay again it's not a bad hotel and the weekday prices are good too"

"Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Breakfast food was warm, scrambled eggs were good and not watery. Only hot food sausages, eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes, both mornings the same. The room was quite large with lots of chairs. However, the towels were a little woren and fraying on the edges. Going into the Hotel at the far end if the building, the two large ashtrays were overflowing and very unkempt. We went to the bar on friday night and initially, there were no servers serving the...

"Our suite was excellent and well-equipped. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a funeral; however, this room would be perfect for a lengthier stay as it included all the necessities. It came with a microwave, a good sized refrigerator/freezer, dishes, and pots and pans. It even had a dishwasher! (Other suites we’ve had included the dorm sized fridge with the useless tiny freezers). Excellent!"

"Everything was very private and no one bothered you if you didn't want them to. The room was very nice and big and clean and perfect for our week long stay. The parking lot was very well lit so it felt very safe. Also had a great breakfast and right next to coffee shop if you wanted to get something else in the morning. Also great late night snack options in the vending machines!"

"Front desk staff were amazing. Our room had a weird smell; staff sprayed and gave us points but it was off putting. Likely related to kitchen and prior cooking- dishwasher had old food so could be related to that. Location and shuttle transfer were great. "
