"The suite served our purposes very well. The bed was good quality and comfortable, and the kitchen and living areas were well appointed. Very good breakfast and nice pub on property. We would absolutely return."

"The room was nice, nothing super fancy, but worked for what I needed. The bathroom could use some upgrading aesthetically speaking, but functioned well. I loved the deck space for reading and sitting in the sun. The staff was wonderful. "

"The breakfast option was abysmal, just hard boiled eggs and very thin bacon could have made at least some scrambled eggs and added some bagels and more fruits. The pancake machine was even broken. Nice dining area but the food option no so good. There were sketchy homeless people loitering or living by the front of the property, not a good look. Overall it's just ok, we might not come back to this hotel when we go back to this city. "

"Once we found the hotel it was excellent. Using maps to get there we were directed to a different hotel. After speaking with staff we made it to the correct location but the name on the hotel had changed to the Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully clean and the staff were excellent! Highly recommended. "

"Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. "Central location near down town kelowna. Only minor complaint is, the beds were softer than I perfer. Nice and safe underground parking, helpful staff, good breakfast options."
