"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to.
Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway.
The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress!
Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"Overall this was a very nice holiday. The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing with no issues over getting sunloungers, food or drinks. Drinks were nice and bed was very comfy. The range of activities was also wonderful (eg cocktail making classes). The spa was fantastic - well worth a visit.
Staff were hit and miss. Some staff were fantastic such as neomi (entertainment team - she went above and beyond and just exuded good vibes) and harsh in reception. However, i witnessed a few incidents...

"Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. "Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina.
La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos.
El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento.
El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo.

"Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms.
The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case"
