"Had a lovely stay at Pousada in a comfort room. The room was clean and welcoming and it was so nice to have a little outdoor space to relax in. The room came with a stocked bar fridge, personalized welcome letter, and pastel de natas to enjoy. We were happy to find a safe to store our valuables in. We appreciated the updated bathroom with nice big rain shower head and nicely scented shampoo/soaps.

"The hotel is relatively new, and kept in good condition. The breakfast was really good and included in our room. The staff were excellent and really friendly. The location is great too and easily accesible to local transportation, ubers and great variety of shops and restaurants. "Lovely last-minute stay! Would highly recommend and would come back. Staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, friendly, and helpful (from a phone adapter to bus passes, if you enjoy the personal touch of a boutique hotel - this delivered). The suite was beautiful: Juliet balcony opens onto a neighborhood street with gorgeous views down to a peek of the ocean, charming street with gas lanterns and 'storybook' historic Lisbon architecture. "Our room was clean and cozy. Staff were amazing. From the the check-in to their guest relations. The bar and the restaurant are both great places to go and relax and enjoy very good meals. Centrally located in the historic area of Lisbon and a 45 minute boat ride to Belem. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay at."
