"This was the fourth time we stay at Fiesta Americana the first time we booked through a travel agency and we fell in love with the way the staff treated us that we don’t even try to find a different resort we always book at Fiesta American the resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel right at home. I’m not good with names and I don’t need to be because everyone at Fiesta American goes out of their way to make sure you are treated like a king."

"I stayed here with my boyfriend for my birthday trip & we absoultely loved this resort! It was super clean, great food, drinks, service & the views were just breath taking. Definitely recommend getting the ocean front view, you won't regret it :) Location was great, only 10 min uber drive into malecon not bad at all & affordable. The pools were okay but I am personally more of a beach person, the water wasn't too clear compared to those in the southern area but still swimable and we were able to enjoy it. Thanks Secrets for making this such an unforgettable trip for us !!"

"Like the Cabana. Cold water near the beach. Great idea. Loving the new restaurant set up. Food is good. Coffee in the restaurant for breakfast is just too strong. The orange juice is very water down. These can be improved. But there’s other fresh fruit juice available. Most improve is the dessert selection. Awesome! Love the midnight taco snack buffet. Facilities are clean and well groomed. Jorge know how to work the front line dealing with all the luggage. Front desk staff is very helpful. Also good to see some of the old staff like Sergio and Tony. Over all I give it a 4 star. Definitely will come back."

"Staying at the Sheraton was overall a good experience. I booked the all-inclusive package, and the bartenders were super friendly while the rest of the staff was helpful and welcoming. One thing to know is that reservations are required for two restaurants. One night, I didn’t have a reservation and noticed several open tables, but we still weren’t accommodated. I understand the policy, but it was frustrating to see empty tables and not be seated. Govitas was amazing and definitely a highlight. The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. I would absolutely recommend it.My biggest complaint to sell the RCI 90-minute presentation in exchange for a discounted spa day. I politely declined several times, but they continued asking. They got me when I first checked in Employees outside also frequently asked where I was going and tried to sell tours or make recommendations. After a while, it became annoying, especially when I was simply trying to leave and enjoy the area. A few things to know about all-inclusive: room service costs 100 pesos, and TV Wi-Fi for services like Netflix is not included. I paid separately for the spa, and it was excellent—very relaxing and worth it.The hotel store is extremely overpriced, but there’s a grocery store and pharmacy about a five-minute walk away. The pools were great, although the water was very warm in August. The beach was my least favorite; the water was fairly murky"

Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"There was not one thing that we can criticize, because everything turned out to be the best vacation. The Pelican Hotel was right on the clean Beach, not too far from the Airport. Food and Drinks were delivered to you as you requested while sunbathing in comfortable chairs or chase lounges to your choosing. We truly loved the food choices, because they were delicious and many naturals to Mexico citizens. Our room was outstanding, big comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms with a suite and wrap around balcony to view ocean and pool. The service personal did their very best to please."

"Basic accommodations, good for one night when catching a flight or when arriving late. Breakfast was basic (toast, fruit, coffee, juice, granola) but sufficient. Pool area is comfortable and hotel located not too far from the beach. Staff are friendly and bed comfortable. Some traffic noise; ear plugs were useful for me. Decent shopping venues in the area."
