Close to beach at a more reasonable price.

Great location in the city of Las Palmas, but 2 blocks from the promenade and beach. Most communication on line, but all went smoothly. Beautiful accommodation with everything that you might need.

Convenient location, modern, clean and very spacious. It is very loud on Friday/Saturday night until 01:00 or later. It would have been nice if the property had thicker curtains in the lounge area for more privacy. I would stay again at Gran Marina, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Very convenient stay

Very nice 2 night stay with 2 adults and 1 seven year old child. The suites are very clean and comfortable. Good location if you want to go Playa de las Canteras main beach. Convenience stores just around the block. Very helpful staff that I did not actually meet :). Check-in and airport transfer handled through Whatsapp. After flight it was delight to get to the room right away with provided pin codes. Can recommend this establishment very gladly for longer stays as well!

Absolutely perfect, highly recommend

We stayed in a junior suite, and had a fantastic stay! Stayed for three nights with my husband and three year old son. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Plenty of supermarkets nearby also to stock up on essentials for self catering. Our room was lovely, modern, spotless and equipped with all necessary facilities. The room is equipped with a smart Tv; hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, microwave, complete kitchenware, cooking utensils and kettle.The complementary toiletries and kitchen snacks provided were second to none. The bedding and towels provided were plentiful and of good quality. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. There was even a beach bag euth two beach towels left for us, nice touch! The day before we checked in; I read a couple of reviews which complained that the rooms were completely open plan with no privacy for the shower and toilet. When I expressed concerns about this, Paula actually asked a colleague to send a video of our room so that we could make sure it was suitable before we arrived. The room was absolutely perfect; there is sufficient separation between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and the toilet is within a completely separate area with a door. Every member of staff we came into contact with were warm, welcoming and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Would 100 per cent recommend, and we will definitely choose San Marina apartments again when we return. Thank you!

Hot water tank have a limit but generally worked out if you wait awhile once it ran out. The bar nearby are a bit noisy but not too much issue towards late night. Everything else is great.

Ha superado ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Sabiamos que es un buen alojamiento, pero sorprende desde la comunicación online, la suite, el parking, el entorno, ... volveré sin lugar a dudas.
