Priscila de frontdesk was very helpfull and diligent. Hotel very clean, modern and with many options to eat in te surrondings. I recomended .

All good except for the lift, which was out of service on a couple of days, but was fixed very quickly on each occasion. The room was large with a decent balcony (superior double) and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Check in staff were lovely and friendly, we were even given an upgrade. The room was really nice, bed was comfy. Our only issue was tiny flies that came up through the floor drain. We got around this by leaving the floor towel over the drain and left a note for the cleaner to leave the towel- but unfortunately that was ignored. We should have reported it to reception but we didn’t. Cleaner didn’t change the mugs either. Would stay again though

Liked the modern room and quirky shower! Staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Due to cancelled flight there was quick availability. Disliked the lifts weren’t up to standard and the fact I got soaked in the night in bed due to a leak in the roof all we got was an apology with no compensation offered.

Die Unterkunft liegt quasi mitten in der Stadt.Das Frühstück war super frisch und die Auswahl sehr groß. Allerdings hat uns das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht überzeugt.

El wifi realmente es muy malo, el shampoo, el gel de baño y el papel higiénico son de MUY baja calidad. La habitación es agradable y la cama muy cómoda. La atención en líneas generales es buena, todos han sido amables. Acabo de regresar y me deje un par de zapatillas en la habitación, con lo cual conforme a si aparecen o no es que voy a terminar de definir si la atención es buena o no.

Hotel agradable bien ubicado

El hotel está bastante bien en su conjunto. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno está muy bien. La limpieza del baño podia ser mejorable y el personal de limpieza un poco irrespetuoso en las opiniones. En general lo recomiendo. La situacion es muy buena.

DAs Hotel war sauber, Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Die Sonnenterasse war nur teilweise nutzbar. Öffnungen der Terasse wie Sportraum auf Verlangen. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ausser Funktion. Alles in Allem ok.

Slitt hotell,treng virkelig oppussing,harde senger,når vi ankom hotellet ringte telefonen heile tida så innsjekkinga tok lang tid for resepsjonisten tok telefonen kvar gang,synest det var litt dårleg service og innformasjon :( Frukost mitt på treet :) etter vårt syn er det eit 2 stjernes hotell og ikkje 4 :( Mykje støy fra heisen heila natta og utanfor :( Ikkje vårt hotell.
