Era justo lo que necesitaba en ese momento. Cerca de donde yo necesitaba ir. Todo muy limpio y con muchas cosas necesarias para pasar unos días. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilftbereit! Um an die Strand zu gehen, braucht man den Bus, aber die Haltstelle ist sehr nah an Wohnort. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe sowie coffeshops. Alles sehr sauber und stilvolldekoriert!.

TRES DE TRES.

Solo fuí a Gran Canaria a realizar un examen de dos días, por lo que solo necesitaba donde pasar la noche...es decir, buscaba una cama cómoda, un poco de tele por la tarde y una ducha cliente por la mañana. Pues ni la cama era especialmente cómoda, el colchón estaba demasiado duro, para mi gusto; la televisión no se veía, casi todos los canales estaban pixelados, solo pude ver los infantiles; y por la mañana, por más que seguí las instrucciones del hotel, no hubo forma de conseguir agua caliente. El hotel está nuevo, recién reformado, céntrico, muy bonito la verdad...pero no era eso lo que yo buscaba.

Charmante, geräumige Unterkunft nahe der Altstadt

Das sehr schöne Haus liegt ideal in Fussgängerentfernung zur Altstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Komfort in diesem alten, geräumigen Haus ist ausgezeichnet. Tipp: Falls Sie wie wir eine Insel-Rundreise per Mietwagen planen, mieten Sie den Wagen erst nach dem Aufenthalt in Las Palmas! Parkieren in dieser Gegend ist ein Problem! (Nur 2 Std. in blauer Zone, freie Parkplätze selten, Parkhaus teuer).

BRAVISSIMO!!! Una experiencia magnífica.

Una experiencia maravillosa en general. Hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor, bonito, muy bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario para el viajero y con un trato personal exquisito por parte de los propietarios. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, bien decoradas con un gusto excepcional y detalles especiales por todos los rincones. Manteniendo el entorno clásico de la época del edificio, el mobiliario es totalmente nuevo, con detalles muy funcionales como una neverita en la habitación, todo lo necesario para prepararse una infusión o café, botella de agua de cortesía, productos de baño de calidad, etc. La cama es amplia y asombrosamente cómoda, lo que garantiza un descanso reparador. La limpieza es admirable y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones es impecable, con todos los elementos en perfectas condiciones, como nuevos. En general, un hotel perfecto para tener en cuenta si se visita el centro de la ciudad y estar por allí varios días. Repetiré sin duda alguna cada vez que visite Las Palmas.

A destacar la amplitud de las camas. El establecimiento se encuentra en el barrio Leon y Castillo, justo al limite con el barrio Triana. Se puede ir al centro andando sin problema. El baño un poco pequeño.

Los dueños son muy agradables. Me dejaron la habitación antes de la hora de check in y me ayudaron con las maletas. La decoración es bonita respetando lo antiguo de la casa pero reformado. Tienes secador y nevera en la habitación. A unos 10 min andando de la estación de San Telmo. Recomendable

Sehr zentral gelegen, zu Fuß beim Busbahnhof

Sehr gutes Hotel und sehr aufmerksamen Service. In der Nähe sind Bars und der Busbahnhof (10 min zu Fuß). Es gibt einen Ventilator im Zimmer, aber keine Klimaanlage (war ausreichend). Das Zimmer ist wie auf dem Foto des Hotels. Vorhanden sind: TV, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher mit Tee,Kaffee und Wasser. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, Fön und Pflegeartikel. Das Zimmer ist vergleichsweise groß und hell und lässt sich komplett abdunkenkeln. Leider etwas hellhörig, wenn jemand im Gang steht und spricht. Mich hat das aber nicht gestört. Preis/Leistung ist hervorragend. Meine Reservierung kurz vor Mitternacht wurde professionell abgewickelt.
