Nice stay for a weekend getaway. Great location, in walking distance to the bus station, the beach, park or the port. Yes, it can be a bit too noisy at night, but that's to be expected considering all the bars and the location of the apartments. All in all, I personally enjoyed the stay and looking forward to seeing you again on the next trip to Las Palmas (hopefully next time it won't be in the middle of a storm ) :) :)

Very good location for buses to entire island. Lovely beach within walking distance. Safe but lively environment, good value for money and would go back again . Only downside is noise from local park into the early hours.

Small room at catalina park, with fridge and coffee machine, beds ok, clean but no soap. friendly staff. tv in spanish, but what do you expect? You are in spain! Very good price-performance ratio!! We had places much worse for far more money. Definitely recommended for a short stay.

Great location close to bus station and beach / promenade. Kitchenette was a bonus as we could have breakfast and hot drinks in the room. Fantastic value fir mibey. Helpful staff. A little dated and worn, especially the shower cubicle.

Yes it was very good, five minute walk from bus station. Shopping centre with McDonalds and Burger King ten minutes walk. Beach lovey and sandy again 10 minutes away. Reception very helpful. Speak English. Bus 60 from the Airport to bus station. Would stay again.

Good cheap property if you’re staying in Gran Canaria. It’s a good location and has a car park close by which made things easy. However cleanliness was woeful, they didn’t have hand soap or anything to wash the dishes with which made me question how clean everything was. I just think hand soap is a bare minimum even for a cheaper property.

Very basic pay that bit extra for elsewhere!

I suppose you get what you pay for, toilet not bolted to floor,kept moving, shower a trickle and bits falling off surround and door screen huge hole, bed uncomfortable, paid for queen got double and a fold bed for daughter which was disgusting and uncomfortable. Very noisy outside and inside from other guests.

zimmer einfach eingerichtet, nur das nötigste, sauber , neue harte matratzen. leider war die duschkabine kaputt , aber dusche selbst und duschkopf einwandfrei.kochniesche funktional und geschirr genau für 2 personen.zimmer sauber , alle 2bis 3 tage neue handtücher, bettwäsche 1 mal die woche. neuer fernseher wie boiler. für ferien in fenen man sowiso nur zum schlafen in der unterkunft ist reicht rs vollkommen.
