"i had a very pleasant stay overall and would rate the hotel 5/5. The property, facilities, and overall experience were excellent.
However, on the second day of our stay, our room access keys stopped working late at night (around 11:30 PM). Since there was no quick service option available, we had to stand in the same queue as new check-ins at the front desk. With my family and child waiting for over an hour, it unfortunately disrupted our evening plans.
The staff eventually resolved the issue and also provided some credit, which I appreciate. This may have been a rare technical issue, but having a separate service queue for existing guests with urgent issues would greatly help in such situations.
Other than this incident, everything else about the stay was excellent."
