It was a last minute booking and They couldn’t find the reservation for about 30 minutes. The room was large, the bed was “old” , the coffee pot couldn’t be plugged in because the outlet was so badly worn that the plug just fell out. No glasses, cups, Or ice bucket, etc. for water or ice. No cream, sugar etc. for the coffee in case you’d want to hold the plug in. Location is fantastic but the hotel itself looks like a “Pimp house”.

The pictures of this property online do not match the hotel at all. There is a picture of a golf course and this hotel doesn’t even have a golf course. They charge you resort fees to stay here and it looks like a motel 6. Paid for a DELUXE KING ROOM, but the bed was a full. Staff was kind but hotel was not up to standards. Would not recommend.

Lobby had a musty smell and was sparsely decorated. Pool was out of order and back door to parking lot was in poor condition. Desk agent was excellent, friendly and efficient. Corridors on guest floors had been nicely renovated since a previous stay and room had been modernized as well. Nice thick towels, basic quality toiletries. Coffeemaker did not have proper supplies to use in the morning and nightstand lamp was broken. Only two pillows but bed was very comfortable and linens were nice quality as well. No Resort Fee! WIll stay again.

Very dirt! The tv didnt work, the iron didnt work, filthy, the restroom had tooth paste from previous person.no hair dryer in the restrooms, no bible in the room, no nose tissues.

Don’t get your hopes up ..

The rooms looks nothing like the pictures, my room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was advertised as a non smoking room.. hall ways are run down and scary & had a foul smell in the elevators. Had to wipe everything down myself because the surface of things in the room were dirty... AND was told my deposit will return on my card in 2-3 days???(Have yet to receive it) but for $66? What do you expect..

Horrible dirty motel.

Horrible property. Service are cut like security, staffing and amenities but they still charge you resort fees. No AC and they use swamp coolers to cool the room.

Group of 6 stayed for the weekend. Rooms were SO nasty. Looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in forever! A strangers hair in the sink, shower and bed. Leftover stuff in the fridge from a previous customer too! Never came in to clean or give clean towels during our stay. Booked a big balcony w/ a city view, got stuck with a three inch wide balcony with a view of a parking lot. The worst part; the pictures ARE NOT LEGIT. Do not judge this hotel by their pictures. Definitely false advertisement. All of us agree, we will NEVER book this hotel in Vegas again! Very disappointing! Traveled from FL to witness our friends get married and the hotel ruined the whole weekend vibe. And just to add, the rooms we paid for/requested, had zero customers in them. I believe I deserve a refund. With COVID-19 I never thought I had to worry about cleanliness.

Low grade hotel

The toilet in the bathroom was stopped up. They said they would give us a plunger. But then didnt have one to give. They said another guest had the same issue and moved them rooms. Then said they would change us rooms. But it was 3am so we didnt change rooms. Mgr was there but wasnt helping with anything. Just standing there while they had a long line at desk. The guy at front desk was so nice and working by his self. The room only had 2 pillows.
