"Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. "Beautiful hotel one room was ready early, had a little wait for the 2nd room, we upgraded to the balcony suite rooms, it’s cheaper to do this via Expedia than direct with the hotel, which we did not realise Rooms are top notch, bar and restaurant are lovely, we had lunch and a couple of drinks before getting our room key, not realising you receive a 20% discount on food!!
