"La nuit était très agréable, aussi agréable que les personnes avec qui nous avons pu discuter, la propriétaire des lieux et sa fille sont bienveillantes et attentionnées, c’est apaisant de voir autant de complicité avec leurs animaux, qui sont le reflet même de leurs maîtresses. "The Greet is a lovely place. While I do not care much about the size of the room if the layout/design is thought through well. I do suggest (2) small things to mgmt. I'd highly recommend if you just added a small chair to the room. Regular height for sitting but not a bulky chair. To sit and work on a laptop or just putting shoes on many folks do not want to have to work sitting on a bed. "Arrived to a dirty room with specs of some substance covering the bathroom counter including the paper cup that was provided for my toothbrush. Corridors where worn and not airconditioned so a bit stuffy in the humidity.
Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Hotel is directly on the watefront so a bit noisy until about midnight (summer festival concerts).

"Das Hotel ist schon älter. Das Personal am Empfang war teilweise unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war erst aufgeheizt, weil die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Der freundliche Techniker konnte es aber gleich beheben. Das Zimmer war nur mäßig sauber. Der Mülleimer war bei der Ankunft nicht geleert. Es lagen fremde Haare auf dem Badezimmerboden. In den Ecken der Dusche zeigte sich schwarzer Schimmel. Einer der beiden Fahrstühle war
nach zwei Tagen defekt. So darf ein 4-Sterne Hotel...
