"Arrived around 8pm and was shown to my room which was like a little chalet. Room 2 was a little dated, with a disability friendly bathroom, but was comfortable, cosy and had everything you would like to expect. A kettle, biscuits, plenty of bathroom minis.
I liked that I was separate but next to the pub and had my truck parked right outside.
The atmosphere in the pub was really nice, bustling with friendly locals and their
dogs.
Very pleasant to sit and have a meal which was excellent. The menu...

"A great, cute and quiet retreat, which I regrettably only stayed in for one night, as I enjoyed eating my takeaway pizza (rock'n'roll) sat out as the sun set and listening to the wildlife. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again, recommend."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My room was very clean, well equipped with everything I could have needed. Quiet, a comfortable bed and a great powerful shower!
Free parking. Very accessible, very affordable,
The only downside was no food but there was a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk up the road.
Would definitely stay again :) "

dog friendly. The recotion staff were amazinf g they saw i had cut my finger on arrival (not at the hotel)) and offered to clean it up and put a plaster onbit fir me. Really impressed."
