"The hotel and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms modern. However, we experienced multiple issues with the disorganisation of the hotel and staff. When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times. "Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when returning to my locker in the spa changing rooms the key broke in two whilst trying to get the locker open. I had to ask someone to inform staff who then got the locker open eventually minus a pound. The lockers were in need of updating."
