"When I booked the suite room, it was for 3 people (2 adults 1 child). When we got to the room, there was a double bed and nowhere else set up to sleep. When I raised this with reception they said they could set up the sofa as a bed, which I agreed to and this was to be done when we were out for dinner. When we came back, I wanted to put my 5 year old straight to bed, but no one had been in our room to set this up. I then had to go down to reception 2 more times to ask them to set up the bed,...
