"We stayed about a week. Very secluded away from the noise. Very quiet and relaxing. Minimal entertainment which is fine for us. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are fairly close by Uber or Taxi. Excellent service, personalized. Butlers are excellent. Pools are beautiful. Food is ok. Definitely recommend."

Incredibly family friendly. Their kids club has family time, so if your hesitant on leaving your child or if they are under 4 and can't be left.
