I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. Basic English breakfast buffet of the usual. A choice of eggs would be good. In general not bad value of the stay. "

"I am a regular at this pub and love the ambience food etc. but The rooms weren’t ready as a cleaner was ill. It is a great place but the room was not up to standard. No heating at all and it was a chilly night. It is overpriced for a pub with rooms. Some decoration is def needed and some TLC. Will go back I am sure "
