"Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was good. A couple of items detracted from our experience. We arrived shortly before 7pm. The front desk clerk was away doing other things elsewhere in the hotel. It was 10 -15 minutes before she returned. ..."

"The bathroom was clean except for the hair in the shower. Low warer pressure. Unable to connect to WIFI. Couldn't reach the front desk by phone, but when I went downstaairts to solve my iss us I was told just to press zero on the phone. That was helful and I appreciated the way they wetre helping ..."

"We liked the coffee bar in the morning. We didn’t like not being able to park in the basement. That would have made a difference. Communication was bad, it was very hard to get someone to speak with regarding all the issues that we had from the beginning of our stay."
