"Only stayed three nights. The second night, the hot tub had brown water in it and was very smelly. The third night the hot tub was clean but not hot at all. The room the pool was in was freezing cold. Couldn't stay in the pool more than 10 minutes. Staff was kind but not very attentive or concerned."

"The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months. The staff are soooo kind and friendly that our youngest wants to live HERE FOREVER!!!

"Their bath tub there’s some orange in the grout not clean properly, cub webs. The bed frame there’s dirt. Looks didn’t vacuum the carpet well. Dusty tv, table and lamps.
Staff quite good. And then they let me pay 75US$ when we checked in they said they refund when we check out but they didn’t refund yet till now."

"The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls.
