What makes this hotel is the staff from front desk to those dealing with the rooms. Everyone was professional courteous & very helpful. Spotlessly clean. For me the location is ideal. I will be back.

Great hotel, in exactly the right place for Liverpool city centre. Very clean and well thought out. All the staff are excellent, would definitely recommend to everyone.

Hillcrest Liverpool Central
Clean room and bathroom , towels and sheets. Hot water. Hot water initially discoloured from sink tap but cleared. Apparently due to heating Room heater didn’t work Lift was broken when I stayed. Steep stairs and upper floor room ok for me , but impossible for any disability. Stairwell grubby.
