We arrived at the hotel early expecting to just leave our bags until check-in time. But as our room was already available we were able to check-in well before 3pm. Absolutely amazing hotel, such a relaxing stay. The staff were second to none and the room was very comfortable slept like a baby.

Novotel Liverpool Centre
The room was clean, excellently furnished and really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was busy and only two staff on, doing what they could. Didn't have breakfast.
