"The apartment was advertised--beautiful architecture, lovely and clean decor, a very well appointed flat in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The renovations were very well done and the property manager is wonderful! There is plenty of closet space, the shower is spacious with great water pressure, and there is A/C if you need it. I wish I had planned a longer stay! I look forward to returning."

"Super nice staff. Room was hot and it made it hard to sleep. The window doesn’t open, and we got back late most nights. I also didn’t report the issue to staff. I would still recommend. This place is close to attractions and the train station."

"Stunning breakfast options available, both à la carte and buffet. Rooms are well appointed. Water included in the room is confusing-it’s not clear if there is a charge. Same as slippers and flip flops. Surely they don’t reuse them. Soaps by dyptique are a treat while staying there. Rooms a big and clean and the bed is comfortable. Pillow preference was accommodated. Staff helped with taxi and direction options. Spa was lovely, included, however hot tub jets didn’t work. Staff...

"The hotel is within walking distance of Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Station, making it very convenient to reach.
Our room was lovely, decorated mainly in red, and we enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Breakfast was included and offered a nice selection of cheese, ham, fresh fruit, and other items. The croissants were especially delicious!
