"The location is perfect It is close to everything. Amazing view of Thames river and The Tower, accessible to public transportation. Staff were helpful but for some reason the bed is not comfortable, and no one takes out the trash for the time we were there."

STG Hotel London Oxford Street
"Location great. Was easy to access public transport. Room desperately needed upgrading. Carpet in hallway filthy and stained. However other parts of hotel looked as if it had been refurbished. The check in was very hightech, which made us think rooms would be too. Tv was tiny & Lack of air conditioning ..."
