The property management was very responsive to requests and questions. Apartment was clean, roomy, and well appointed. A wide variety of food, bith fresh and cooked was nearby.

The location was conveniently located next to a bus stop. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all of the accommodations that we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay

Excellent place to stay near bermondsey. 15 mins to train was great, and right on bus line. Description made it sound like it was on train line, but that's okay. Great apartment. Modern and lots of space

Great apartment!!!! really clean and a good size two big double bedrooms nice kitchen with everything you could need. We had car but great bus and train links right outside and uber only £9 into central London we stayed for two nights for our visit to 58th street jazz club we had a great time highly recommend both apartment and jazz club.

Check in was hectic. Their system to collect payment is not streamlined. There is no service just outside the property so we were waiting in the cold to finish check in for 45 minutes. when we did get in touch the property manager “went on break” right when we were trying to get check in instructions extending our time outside in the cold. We had to start the process over with another representative. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. I flagged this and they took a whole day to get back to us. They had a “boost” feature which extended the hot water to about 6 minutes. With 3 people staying in the apartment one of us was always taking an ice cold shower. Communication was poor. The property itself was nice, clean and comfy but the ice cold shower and poor communication from the property manager really made the stay rather unpleasant. Wouldn’t return for that reason.

Location was fab. Accommodation was perfect. The shower was not the warmest which was a shame with 5 people needing to use it. Also, on our second night some people were having what sounded like a party outside our door. There was rubbish everywhere when we left the morning after. I would still recommend it for location, price, and simplicity of check in.
