Interesting
It is student accommodation and they like to treat you like students with rules... but I would stay again... It is a little noisy so ear plugs are needed and in this hot weather it is really hot inside because they don't let you open the window more than 20cm
Stayed in a single by myself. There is no cleaning service, but that’s not really why I stayed here. The one thing that made this subpar is that they did not watch my luggage on the day I left for some reason. I got in early on the check in day and they were fine to hold it until I came back, but I had to pay £13 to store it at a station for the day before I left. No AC, but could open the window and there was a fan.

A step above a hostel
You get what you pay for. This is dorm style housing and one step above a hostel. Windows dont open and it was hot. Staff was very nice, though. Good if you want a quick place to stay for cheap. Common bathrooms were clean. Bed is not comfortable.Safe place and safe area.

You get what you pay for but this ok
The people at the Wilson House are very nice. You get what you pay for. This is just above a hostel. These are bare bones student/dorm accomodations and are lacking a few items that would qualify it to be a hotel. Bath down is not a problem. I felt safe. Room is not clean unless you call for it to be cleaned. The bed lacks a mattress topper/pad so it isnt very comfortable. Pillows are like army pillows. I was trying to save as I needed long term so it did suffice. Windows do not open and it was very hot.
Muy buena opción, especialmente para ir solo. Muy bien situado.

Very good value for the price per night, Customer service staff under pressure but delt with everything and everyone without any fuss. They looked after my luggage before and after my time there for free. Room was spacious. Bathrooms are shared and could have used more cleaning (maybe it was just that the place was full). Room was really hot and fan didn't cut it for cooling. Old building still has some of its old character. Great for a single traveler, not a family type accommodation. Only minutes from Edgeware Rd tube station which was fantastic. Plenty of food (including marks and spencers food) and convenience shops plus a chemist very near by.
I needed an inexpensive place to stay for 2 nights near Paddington Station and access to laundry facilities. Proximity to Paddington Station was great - super close! The laundry facilities weren’t the best. The washing machines had an odor and I saw mildew on some. They were a bit complicated to use as they involve downloading an app. Other negatives: the room was hot (in early July) and the hairdryer for hire didn’t work. The woman at the front desk confessed that they don’t have many that work well so that was an issue for me as I couldn’t do my hair for the 2 days. Positives were it was clean and quiet.
I am not picky with this and I kinf of knew what to expect but Only stay if you cannot find something else. Outdated hotel, rooms can get noisy, minimum breakfast. Not worthy 100£ a night of course. 1 or 2 night max.
Its a dorm but will do when oyu are on a budget. It has single occupancy rooms which is a plus. The long hall is annoying with the opening of multiple doors from one end to the other but its for safety. One way in and one way out.
This is the student accommodation for Imperial College. So it is safe, clean and very practical (desks in all room), lots of shared bathrooms, access yo a kitchen and laundry with iron... its everything u need. Remember, its a student dorm, so its not luxury but its great for the price, and well located.
The noise from road is very bad because the window is single glazed, very old, gap to outside. The mattress is awful really hurt my back. Gets very stuffy and hot in room, to open window fully makes noise even worse. Bathrooms all dirty and disgusting. Tried 3 different ones. Vending machine broken. Real rip off for price.

Simplicity in summer accommodation
Staff very helpful. This is summer university accommodation so it is basic and simple but that is nice. The room was large enough with a single bed. The security of the building appears good with swipe access and a manned desk. You can utilise the luggage room although I didnt. Shared bathroom was clean and fresh towels are provided. I can fault the place really, would stay again. thank you
Used as a cheap base for visiting cricket at Lords. Reluctant to give a bad review because basically it doesn't what it says. The rooms are very small and the bathroom shared. It is a very large student accommodation block with spare rooms being used as a hostel. Room so we're clean and the reception staff friendly. Unfortunately the extremely hot conditions made sleeping difficult. A fan is provided in the room which helped but was not enough in these extreme temperatures. The hotel is just off Edgware Road so lots of multi cultural restaurants to be found or more traditional Starbucks etc. Not luxury-but it is not supposed to be. Adequate for cheap single accommodations. not so good for couples I would suggest
