"Customer service was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the knocking/thumping sound from the AC wall. Kept me up at night. I reported the issue to the front desk staff. Hopefully they get that fixed for the next person who stays in the room. Besides that, we have an amazing stay."

"Everything was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, it was quiet and peaceful which is saying something because it was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was close to or at capacity."

"Beautiful, clean, quiet room with a few workout items (bands, exercise ball, foam rollers, etc.) in the room made it super convenient to exercise in the hotel room. I also loved the turkey sausage and egg breakfast sandwich ($13). Also, the entire staff was very helpful. One front desk agent immediately switched me to a different room on arrival when I complained that there was a barking dog in the room next door. Perhaps that's the one negative thing I can say about this hotel: they allow pets."

"Room wasn’t that clean, the sink didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, the coffee in the morning was from the day before… I didn’t eat the breakfast because they didn’t serve it until 7 am. The staff was friendly though. Poor management maybe. "

"Not super clean room 1 we checked into had cockroaches Room 2 was ok - hair all over the place Bathroom goodies offered weren't sealed and had already been half used Certian outlets didn't work Certain doors didn't work even with room to enter the building Overall needed the room because my brothers baby was in the NICU Only took a couple pics but will upload what I have now"

"Tammi at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly and really cares about her guests. She went out of her way to help my husband and I out when we had an issue with the guest in the room below us. Great location. Highly recommend."

"Excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands! The room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. Highly recommend...
