"Cheap and cheerful - the rooms are clean, modern, quiet. For a night’s rest before an early morning flight (possibly by way of a delicious biryani in Hounslow), it does the trick nicely. "

"We usually stay round the corner at Copthorne Tara but my son was also staying so we decided to book as there was a (very nice) pool. We also decided to take advantage of the upgrade offer to Premium. We read the descriptions of bath with shower, dressing gowns, mini bar, extra room, higher floors etc. ….. we received NONE of this. Put on 2nd floor, beds jammed into room. Bathroom with pocket door so my head was literally 3 feet away from the toilet. No bath just a small shower tray. No mini bar, no bathrobes. Whilst they say facilities may differ at locations there was nothing in this room that would differentiate as a “Premium” room. When we queried with staff they asked us room number and looked at system and informed us it was a Premium room (would think they had never been in that room ever). Refused to give any refund of the upgrade we paid for 2 nights and dismissed our photos from their website of the “upgrades” compared to their photos. Would never stay here again, Copthorne Tara standard rooms are twice the size. "

"Booked the single room with no window. The room was obviously small, but was spotlessly clean, had everything you needed and the air conditioning worked. The shower room was also a decent size. The staff were very attentive and welcoming."
