This was a stay for just my friend and I. We went to see a DJ. We did feel safe as everything required a code to get in. Bathroom smelled like bleach and everything was really clean.

Room was clean and access was fairly easy. My only complaint is I was told there would be a $125 hold on my card that would be removed at checkout, but there is still a $75 hold on my card that has been there for three days now. When I try to call the phone rings once and hangs up.

Room was clean, wash room was good too. Though bedsheets were rough and not enough warm. AC was too loud and didnt find anything to even turn off. Overall, good experience. Will definitely stay if they fix AC issue. Morning available coffee was amazing.

The room was very clean. I found the access to remote staff by kiosk fascinating and comical. There were shops nearby. I know I saw a bar a few blocks away.

Check in process was a little unorthodox but fairly easy. It's just a little strange not to have an actual human on site. At one point my key code to my room was deactivated, so i had to go back downstairs to have the staff member on the monitor reactivate it. All in all it was a great location and a comfy stay.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable and has the amenities necessary. One of the things we really liked is the amazing coffee machine. Lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, etc - lovely! The only thing that surprised us was no parking at the hotel - however, right next door is a parking garage that did have security personnel but that costs a max of $25 in a 24 hour period. I would definitely stay here again when attending the Hollywood Bowl.

Location, does the job

Let’s be clear , location location location ! This hotel is just one block away from the vine station , which makes it ideal if you don’t want to walk to get to your room and rest , if you have problems with codes and technology you might step one foot outside of your comfort zone but nothing you cannot handle . The kiosk is definitely a good and new experience , definitely a good option and would keep it in my favs
