"Our stay was enjoyable overall. The room was clean, parking was convenient, and the breakfast was excellent. The chef was especially welcoming and made a great impression. Most of the front desk staff were helpful and professional. However, our check-in experience with one older staff member was disappointing. She did not greet us or acknowledge our greetings, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. This stood out from the otherwise excellent service and should be addressed."
