I booked one double room but the hotel upgraded me to two singles. Other things I liked were good breakfast, especially the croissant was excellent, shuttle bus service to the airport at reasonable price. Everything was above average and the hotel well worth a 4-star rating.

This is an amazing hotel with the Leaning Tower of Pisa literally outside the front door. The rooms were lovely and unusually but tastefully decorated with all the usual amenities and smelled beautiful. Check in was great we were assigned a room early which I was not expecting so a real plus. The lovley reception lady arranged for a takeaway breakfast pack for me and my son and a taxi to the airport. Rooms were clean and great for what we needed. Hotel Terminus & Plaza
Finishing of the room is poor. Service was good and attentive. Knowledgable of the area. Facilities basic. Provision of a kettle would have been good. Shower is very small. I'm petite but found it confining and uncomfortable. Great location.
