Firstly the positives great location for the old town bars and restraunts and high end shops with the beach 2 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel clean and modern but lacking a coffee / bar facilities . Slow check in ancross all desks. Left/checked luggage took a long time. No bellman to do this slowed the whole process down. Very few staff at lobby bar.
