"This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Before my trip, I called the hotel to confirm that a late check-in would be accommodated, as I was driving from NYC and traveling with a toddler. I was assured that it would not be an issue.
However, when I arrived, the front desk staff informed me that my reserved King Suite had been sold out and that there were no available rooms to accommodate my family. When I mentioned my earlier conversation with the hotel, the staff member...

"That place is good, for the price and close to RIT
We went to visit my son for two days.
When we arrived, it didn’t smell good—it smells like pee; it seems like a dog might have peed there. Regardless, it’s fine for those who, like us, are just looking for a place to sleep.
We stay there again"

"Nothing particularly that I liked it. Our keys and the staff's master key couldn't open the door to the room that was assigned to us. The staff put us in a different room quickly with two full beds rather than two queen beds. We reserved a room with two queen beds. We got there near 1 am, and the staff had other customers waiting for him in the lobby as well, so we didn't make a fuss about our room. The room was musty and had very bad bathroom smell that wouldn't go away. It was not a pleasant...

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came.
Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"I understand that ‘things happen’ but they had construction crews working on a Sunday and Monday all day. In addition, they were short on help and only had one maid for the whole floor. She never had time or an opportunity to clean any rooms that were being used a second day. There were three grocery bags of garbage I left behind , that I bought myself. Molly, the desk clerk, was phenomenal! She deserves a raise immediately. However, I would never ever recommend this place for your stay."

"Stayed 2 nights and found the room to be clean. Not having a microwave in the room was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to go to the lobby to warm food. We visited the pool on the 4th floor to find a hot tub that had been boarded up and the room was dark and cold and we had to search for the lights. Heating the room and water more thoroughly would have made it more enjoyable. If looking for a solid night's rest I would advise requesting a room away from the elevators that make a loud...
