"Room was actually really nice, don’t be thrown off from the outside appearance the room was very clean and updated with a large flatscreen, mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave. I didn’t know this when I booked but there is an onsite laundry for guest and a gym. Overall good experience and would stay here again. (6min from Disney)"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is located close to big stores like Walmart, Target, and Dollar Tree, there is decent amount of parking, and the free Disney shuttle is great. The breakfast was very good, with lots of hot and cold variety. The coffee was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant. The only downside was the room was a little on the humid and damp side, but that is the LA weather."

"The pool was very big and refreshing. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were kind. Would be nice to get more info as you check in. In a pamphlet, or verbally. We didnt realize the pool was open so late. Had to ask about laundry, restaurant, etc. Overall, a great stay and close walk to the parks. Would stay again!"

"The elevators in building one only had one working. The push button to open the doors from inside the building to go out also didnt work. The staff were very friendly and informative, they offered wheelchair assistance with a partnering company that rents electric scooters for our disney trip and we saved some money there. The water park area for the kids is outstanding, the kids really enjoyed it! Did not use the laundry area or the heated pool. The cleaning staff are super friendly. Overall...

This caused some inconvenience with preparations with access to our suitcases. It was Star Wars Nite at Disneyland, we had difficulty with multiple trips of valet and we ended up changing from our clothing to costumes, forcing us to change in lobby bathrooms. "Location was very clean and breakfast was surprisingly pleasant for a hotel breakfast. Each day included staples as well as a change up. Eggs were not our favorite but we never felt hungry. I was mostly impressed with the wait staff in the dinning area. They were extremely friendly and helpful keeping the space well stocked and extremely clean."

"Clean room. No one was super friendly or helpful. No pool access and too much if an inconvenience to us and the staff to go next door. Motel is dated. Walls paper thin. Could hear everyone walking- upstairs, outside, etc. we were in the back corner, right by stairs, elevator, and ice maker. Ice maker was going off loudly until midnight each night as people got ice. Then at 7am, maid service was rolling their carts out down the walkway. Third floor so it was pretty loud. It was clean though. "
